In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to stroll along the panoramic promenade of the city of Salerno. The benches facing the sea offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to relax in peace after an eventful day
Accomodation in hotel and overnight in Salerno area.

DAY 2 – AMALFI AND POSITANO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the port of Salerno (on your own), one of the most efficient and dynamic ports in Europe.
From that point, through a very comfortable hydrofoil (included in the price), we will take you to the most beautiful coast in the world! The Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997, is famous for its wild beauty and crystal clear waters, breathing in synergy with the inhabitants of these places: sailors, fishermen, artists and poets.
To describe Positano we rely on one of the greatest American writers of the twentieth century, one of the many who left their heart in his alleys, John Steinbeck, Nobel Prize for Literature: “Positano is deeply striking. It is a dream place that does not seem real to you as long as you are there but which you feel with nostalgia all the deep reality when you have left it ".
After admiring this dream village you can reach Amalfi in a few minutes by sea.
The ancient Maritime Republic appears in all its splendor. According to the legend, the birth of the city is attributed to the pagan demigod Hercules, who buried his beloved Amalfi here, by order of the gods.
Its sumptuous past has given the Amalfi people a picturesque network of alleys, courtyards and stairs leading to the large main square. The majestic cathedral, dedicated to the cult of Saint Andrew, is in the center of Piazza Duomo.
Return to the port of Salerno and overnight at the hotel in Salerno area.

DAY 3 – POMPEII - SORRENTO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the mythical Pompeii.
Today you will access one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world. Visiting it will be a unique and exciting experience. The Pompeii walking tour (included in the price) starts from Pompeii. Thanks to the skip the line service, the tour guide will buy the entrance tickets to the archeological site (payment on spot, not included in the price). You will receive the most interesting basics about Pompeii and the tour guide will show you the most important places such as the thermal baths, the frescos of the Lupanare brothel, the Macellum with its “tabernae”, famous workshops located in the commercial streets, the Basilica and the House of Faun. You will have the chance to take several photos during brief stops. Walk through its paved streetsover two thousand years ago that are laid out just as they would have been before the eruption of the Mt. Vesuvius in 79 AD.
In the afternoon we suggest you reach the Sorrento Coast, and especially Sorrento.
Millennial city, influenced over the centuries by different cultures: Greeks, Romans, Normans, Aragonese have all passed through here, leaving each civilization its own mark and receiving in exchange the fruits of a generous nature and the poignant landscapes of one of the most beautiful in the world. Since the nineteenth century, Sorrento has been a pleasant tourist city, with a strong bond with the Anglo-Saxon world dating back to the time of the so-called "Grand Tour", when knowledge of the Mediterranean was an indispensable baggage of the formation of the Central European aristocracy.
Return to the hotel and overnight in Salerno area.

DAY 4 – VESUVIUS and WINE TASTING
Breakfast at hotel.
Today we advise you to discover the only still active volcano on the European continent, Vesuvius.
At almost 1000 meters above sea level you can enjoy amazing views over the entire Gulf of Naples. In this area of the Western Mediterranean, in the year 79 of the first century, the eruption took place that caused the devastation of the populations of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Stabia.
In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to taste one of the most famous wines of the area, the Lacryma Christi DOP in three of its variants accompanied by local products.
This interesting tasting (included in the price) will take place in one of the vineyards located at the foot of Vesuvius, in the heart of the National Park.
Return to the hotel and overnight in Salerno area.

The archipelago consists of the Gallo Lungo (which is the largest island), the Rotonda and the Castelluccia.
